SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $75 WITHIN THE CONTIGUOUS 48 STATES

Free shipping on orders that exceed $75 within the contiguous 48 states. Orders may be shipped by USPS or UPS depending on location and weight. Hawaii, Alaska and international orders will be charged actual postage cost and shipped by post office. Expedited shipping services are available in our online shopping cart.

Online/Digital Products

Orders placed through our shopping cart for Mountain Math/Language Online products will have associated passwords and instructions emailed, usually within a few minutes. Orders placed by telephone, FAX or mail will receive passwords by regular mail.

Shipping Addresses and Carriers

Shipping addresses with P.O. Boxes will be delivered through USPS. All other shipping addresses within the contiguous 48 Unites States may be delivered by UPS or USPS. Hawaii, Alaska, APO, and international addresses will likely be shipped by postal service.

Delivery Times

New orders are processed every weekday and are usually shipped within 48 hours. Expect to receive your shipment within 1 to 2 weeks for most products and locations. International, Military, Hawaii, and Alaska addresses may take longer than 2 weeks for delivery. If there is a production delay, we will inform you of the the expected delivery time.

Holiday Schedule

Holidays and weekends will delay the delivery time of your order. Orders placed near Christmas will be held for shipment until after New Year's Day to accommodate schools that are closed for the holiday.

Incorrect Delivery Address

If the delivery address was incorrectly entered by the buyer on an order and the products are returned to us, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of the correctly-addressed reshipment.
