How do I change my grade level?

We understand that grade changes can happen in a flash. Please contact us with your username and new grade level.


How do I recover my password?

Click on the “forgot password” link on the log in page. We recommend that you save copy of your order number, username, and password.


Do Online subscriptions have an answer key?

When you isolate a concept and select the “a” button, the answer will appear. Answers are also included with the PDF response sheet.


Do I need 2 subscriptions to get math and language?

Yes. You can link the 2 subscriptions, 1 for math and 1 for language, together within the service so that you only need to log in once to access both subjects.


I'm Getting Flash Error 2046, what should I do?

Please perform these steps to fix the error:
  1. Clear your browser cache.
  2. Then, go to this URL to access your Flash Global Storage Settings panel: http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager03.html
  3. At that URL, uncheck "Store common Flash components to reduce download times"
  4. Click confirm.
  5. Check it back on. (This should delete any cached data within the Flash player.)
  6. Reload our website and log in again.


What computers is the service compatible with?

Flash Player version 10.2 or higher is required.

Windows, OSX, and Linux are supported.

All major browsers are supported, we like Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer.


What's the best screen resolution

Screen resolution of 800x600 or higher is recommended.

If the graphics are too small, click the full screen button in the top right corner of the Flash Player area.

You can also isolate 1 or more problems by clicking on the zoom buttons at the top of the Flash Player area.

Some browsers can crop part of the Flash Player area if your zoom in set to a value other than 100%. Check View->Zoom->100% in your settings or type Ctrl-0 to reset your zoom.


Why can't I log in, or why does it kick me out?

Confirm your browser is set to accept cookies by opening the browser and then clicking 'Tools', then 'Internet Options', then click the 'Privacy' tab. From here you must select a privacy setting that will allow 1st party cookies. (In Internet Explorer, the 'Medium' privacy setting will work.)

If you're experiencing problems, please try a different web browser or try deleting the cookies and clear the cache (temporary internet files or downloaded files) in your browser. Sometimes cookies get stuck or cached files get corrupted.
